We welcome you to get involved and become part of a growing number of volunteers committed to enhancing our lifestyles and surrounding areas.

revitalizes the community through affordable housing, economic investments and social development. This community organization, SCDC, maximizes resources and neighborhood participation to produce an economically sound community.

Assists community and government agencies to adopt a "community development" philosophy
