The Scotlandville Community Development Corporation (SCDC)s a volunteer - based organization dedicated to providing  service  and support  to  our community  and   organizations.    We welcome  you  to  get involved and become part of a growing number of volunteers committed to enhancing our lifestyles and surrounding areas.

Mission Statement

The Scotlandville Community Development Corporation is a catalyst for change, which
revitalizes the community through affordable housing, economic investments and social development. This community organization,  SCDC, maximizes resources and neighborhood participation to produce an economically sound community.

How We Help!

Our SCDC:

-Provides assistance to potential homeowners with  
  * New construction

  * Rehab construction

  * Financing assistance

  * Homebuyer education

-Assists community and government agencies to  adopt a "community development" philosophy
